How do I volunteer?

The best way to figure out where you can best help us is to come in and take a tour of The Hope Center and see what we do and find out where our current need is that is best suited to you.

We need volunteers who can commit to a specified time, whether that be 2 hours a day on Monday and Wednesday or one day per week or month, or daily. Anytime you are available and can commit to helping us is much needed and appreciated. 

Walk-in help is appreciated but what we really need are those willing to schedule their volunteer time so we can be sure we have enough volunteers to open The Hope Center each day.

What can I do to help?

• hang clothes
• sort clothes
• count clients clothing and miscellaneous items
• bag food
• hand out food and pray for clients needs
• evangelize and answer questions about the
• Lord
• receptionist
• cleaning The Hope Center
• handyman projects
• organize areas as needed
• bilingual Spanish/English volunteers
